Curriculum Intent
We seek to give students the ability to use language skills for communication in the real world, to forge their own relationships and to express and justify opinions with people either locally or globally. We seek to develop students to be able to talk about their interests and to express and justify opinions whilst working towards becoming a fluent and spontaneous speaker of the foreign language.
How is MFL delivered at Warden Park?
Students study French and Spanish in Key Stage 3 and have three hours per fortnight of each language.
At Key Stage 4, students may choose to study one or both!
We also have students who may opt to study a community language in addition to the regular curriculum.
