(Temporary Post – Initially until July 19th 2019) £8.07 per hour
Warden Park Primary Academy is committed to providing high quality learning for all children and, due to expansion, seeks to appoint a Mid-Day Supervisor for 5 hours a week initially for the 2018-2019 academic year. It is anticipated that the hours of work will be 12.00 noon to 1.00 pm.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an energetic, positive and patient person who would enjoy the challenge of working as a Midday Supervisor within our high achieving school. Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage. You will be responsible for providing supervision and support to children at lunchtime.
The successful candidate will:
Have a passion and motivation for improving the lives of all children; Have an optimistic attitude and be flexible to the demands of the job; Demonstrate versatility, tact, commitment and the ability to use initiative; Be patient and able to stay calm and listen and value children’s views; Be able to work as part of a team and be expected to contribute to its development; Have the ability to strictly maintain confidentiality;
Have experience of some behaviour management techniques.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
